These 3 YouTube videos will walk you through step by step on how to successfully make a 3 stage water kefir, where your final product will be from 5-6 days old.  Which means that the batch you will drink should be fully developed and have little sugar remaining.  It should also be mildly to very fizzy depending on ingredients and flavors used.
